Pres. Raisi: Domineering powers seek to create insecurity, divide between Iran and Pakistan with sedition 

While praising the faith and zeal of the young people of the Islamic Ummah in warding off various seditions, including the ISIS, the President emphasised, "The development of Iran-Pakistan relations is not pleasing to the domineering powers, and they are seditiously looking for a rift between the two Muslim nations and countries, but we have to strengthen cooperation in the joint fight against terrorism to prevent the fulfilment of the enemies' wishes, and promote friendship between Tehran and Islamabad”.

Congratulating the government and nation of Pakistan on Eid al-Fitr and the re-election of Mr Zardari as the President of Pakistan, Dr Raisi described the relations between the two countries as deep, historical and based on many unbreakable commonalities in religious, cultural and neighbourhood areas and expressed hope in the new era, bilateral relations would be further expanded in order to secure the interests of the two nations.
The President stated that the mutual capacities in the two countries to develop interactions are diverse and abundant, adding, “Iran and Pakistan have very good grounds for developing cooperation in the fields of culture, trade and energy, and the Islamic Republic of Iran hopes that in the process of actualising these capacities, practical steps can be taken”.

In another part of this conversation, the President described the continuation of the crimes and genocide of the Zionist regime in Gaza as a great sadness for the Islamic countries and all the free people of the world and emphasised the need for joint efforts of freedom-loving and independent countries to exert effective pressure in order to stop the crimes of this child-killing regime.
In this telephone conversation, Asif Ali Zardari, while congratulating the government and nation of Iran on Eid al-Fitr and condemning the Zionist regime's terrorist attack on the consulate building of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Damascus, spoke of his and his country's great desire to develop relations with Iran and added, “The vast cultural and civilisational similarities between the two countries are a suitable ground for the development of cultural, commercial, economic relations and the exchange of diverse and numerous capacities between the two sides”.
The President of Pakistan also confirmed the opinion of Dr Raisi about the seditiousness of the enemies of the two nations of Iran and Pakistan to intensify the security environment in the region, and emphasised on strengthening relations and security cooperation to fight terrorism and prevent this issue from harming the friendly relations between the two countries.
Zardari also emphasised the necessity of efforts of Muslim and independent countries to exert pressure on the Zionist regime to stop the crimes of this regime against the oppressed people of Gaza.
The President of Pakistan also invited Dr Raisi to visit his country.
