The Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khameni, has deplored the United States for its vetoing of a UN Security Council resolution that could halt the Israeli massacre of the besieged Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian resistance movement has condemned in strong terms the recent US veto of the draft resolution for ceasefire in the Gaza Strip warning that the move would serve Israeli Nazi agenda.

Riyad Mansour dismissed the notion that there is any doubt about Israel’s war aims, saying, "Are we supposed to pretend we don’t know the objective is the ethnic cleansing of the Gaza Strip, the dispossession, forcible displacement of the Palestinian people when so many could not refrain from admitting it?"
