The Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei has approved to pardon or commut the sentences for more than 2,000 convicts on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.

The Leader of Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, has approved amnesty and commuting the punishment for more than 2,800 convicts.

Meeting with Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian on Tuesday, Csaba Korosi said that the act of the Islamic Republic deserved praise and gratification.
