The leader of Wagner private military group, Yevgeny Prigozhin, is on the list of the passengers on board a plane that has crashed in the northwest of Russia.

Saeed Khatibzadeh expressed his condolences to the Chinese government and people on Monday night following the crash of a passenger plane in China's Guangxi province.
