The Palestinian Water Authority (PWA) has confirmed that people in Gaza Strip are suffering from severe shortage of clean water as 40 percent of the water infrastructure in the besieged strip has been destroyed by Israeli atrocities.
Israeli onslaughts against the besieged Gaza Strip have caused serious damage to the water infrastructure in Gaza Strip. The Palestinian Water Authority (PWA) said 40 percent of the water infrastructure in Gaza is out of service either due to damage caused in bombings or lack of fuel to run the pumps.
Abu Khalaf explained that respiratory diseases usually begin in children, with 55,000 cases of respiratory disease due to overcrowding among displaced persons in UNRWA facilities and hospitals.
