Hujjat-ul-Islam Nabil Qavooq, Hezbollah deputy of the executive council, slammed Saudi Arabia for the present crises in Lebanon hailing Lebanese army for beating Takfiri terrorism, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

The cleric attending graduation ceremony of university students in Ebba village, Nabatieh Governorate, praised the army and the resistance for beating Takfiri terrorism and severing the hands whose objective was to spark intrigue in Lebanon similar to those in Iraq, Yemen and Syria.

He referred to the power of the resistance through which Lebanon was rescued from Takfiri groups and added,” The greatest honor for Lebanon is that the Zionist regime is scared of the resistance more than any other power and Daesh and Al Nusra withdraw in confrontation with the resistance because they have always been defeated by that.”

Hujjat-ul-Islam Qavooq referred to the defeat of the Takfiri groups in Iraq and Syria and noted,” Takfiri groups intended to collapse Syrian government from Dara’a though the liberation of these strategic regions, which are great achievements for the resistance and Syrian army, has opened new horizons for the political and field equations beneficial for the resistance front.”

Prominent cleric also touched upon Saudi anger over failure of Takfiri projects in Syria and noted,” Saudi Arabia who had spared no financial and weapon aid for Takfiri groups and had bet on collapse of Damascus was disillusioned because of the liberation of Dara’a which foiled plans for topple of Syrian government.”

Deputy of the executive council in Lebanon referred to the present crises in the country and struggles of the enemies to weaken the country saying,” Critical situation of Lebanon and Lebanese president is due to opposition of Saudi Arabia with election of Michel Aoun. Saudi Arabia with its veto of Aoun has sunken Lebanon in a dark tunnel; hence, it can be said that Al Saud is the factor behind all crises in the country.”
