People in the Iranian capital Tehran marked Laylat al-Qadr Night (Night of Measures) at the holy shrine of Hazrat Abdol Azim in southern Tehran on 23rd of Ramadan. Laylat al-Qadr Night is the night when the holy Qur'an was sent down. It is described to be better than a 1,000 nights.
