A top Lebanese cleric called for clear views for realization of unity in the Muslim world.

Grand Hujjat-ol-Islam Seyyed Ali Fadhl Allah, senior Shia cleric from Lebanon, attended the ceremony for beginning day of Muharram and expressed hope that the new Muslim lunar year is a year for learning the meaning of Muslim unity, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He said,” The younger generation of Muslims has to learn about the objectives of migration of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and the unifying meaning behind the event.”
Shia cleric noted that one of the achievements of the Muslims from the early time of Islam was patience and perseverance against challenges.
Lebanese cleric stressed determination as a necessity for Muslims today in a bid to avoid intrigues, achieve unity and convergence and transfer that to the next generation.
He added,” At a time that intrigues are hindering us; we have to follow the lifestyle of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and his companions so that we can achieve our objective.”
