38th Iran Int'l. Quran Competitions kicks off

The 38th edition of the Islamic Republic of Iran's International Holy Quran Competition kicked off on Monday in Tehran, the capital.

The event also coincides with the 5th edition of the Quran Competition for the Blind and the 7th edition of the International Quran Competition. 
The judging of the recorded video files sent to the competition secretariat will start as of March 1, with Iranian and foreign judges in the Andisheh Hall of the Arts Center, and continues until March 4. 
The closing ceremony of the event also will be held on March 5.
