Hezbollah Secretary-General delivered a speech on Sunday night on the occasion of the 23rd night of Ramadan and the Laylat al-Qadr ritual.

"We demand a speedy investigation in order to find the responsible people for this tragedy to prevent repetition of such incidents," Hezbollah secretary-general stated.
A boat with about 60 illegal refugees on board sank near the port of Tripoli on Saturday night, leading to 14 fatalities, including a child.
Nasrallah also condemned the brutal attack on the Afghan city of Kunduz and stated: "You have to remember your brothers in Afghanistan who were killed by ISIS terrorist group."
