“World approaching new international order”, cleric
Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought said the world is approaching a new international order warning against hostile efforts to sow disunity among Muslims.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari, attending the first regional Islamic unity conference held in Iran’s city of Sanandaj, Kurdistan province, said the meeting aimed to resend the message of solidarity across the world of Islam as the world is approaching a new international order, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
“Unilateralism and liberal values in the US are on the verge of collapse” he said and added,” This collapse began with collaboration of Iran, Iraq and Syria which beat Daesh terrorist group.”
The cleric noted,” Enemies had planned to position Daesh terrorist at 30 kilometers from our borders though the trilateral cooperation of Iran, Iraq and Syria as well as the constant efforts of counter-terrorism commanders Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Muhandis uprooted the cancerous tumor and foiled all their plots.”
Hujjat-ul-Islam Shahriari referred to symbolization, cooperation with regional countries, boosting Islamic unity and also highlighting potential nuclear capabilities of Iran among the objectives of the first regional Islamic unity conference underway in Kurdistan province.
He said,” Kurdistan is introduced as symbol of coexistence where the different ethnical and religious groups are living at peace.”
Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari noted the failure of American unilateralism in the world and added,” Our message to Iraq is to be cautious as the British colonialism has been in ambush to disperse our region and disintegrate Iraqis into Shias, Sunnis and Kurds.”
Top cleric said the meeting intends to address the US and Israeli regime to highlight the high nuclear capabilities of Iran as the second message for the regional meeting.
He concluded,” The third message of this meeting is that Iran is holding out its hand for cooperation and friendship towards regional countries in line with building and boosting Islamic unity.”
Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought addressed the religious figures at the meeting and reiterated their key role in establishment of the unified Islamic nation and new Islamic civilization.
