Huj. Shahriari warns of hostile media fueling violence, division in Iran

Top Iranian cleric, Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari denounced the antagonist media that spread fake news and fuel violence among the younger generation in order to divide the people.

Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought in his discussion with Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Saffar Harandi, representative of the Supreme Leader in Syria stressing importance of Islamic upbringing for all people particularly the youths, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
The cleric referred to projects by enemies and added,” This is a project by the enemy to publish fake news and inappropriate audio and visual content to win the hearts of younger generation.”
 
He highlighted the role of clerics in guiding the people and raising funds for foiling liberal thoughts among the youths and called explication as key mission of all cultural institutions in national and international arena.
 
Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought made the remarks in meeting with representative of the Supreme Leader in Syria.
