“Martyr Haniyeh’s blood will never be wasted”

Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman has hailed the political chief of Hamas resistance movement Ismail Haniyeh as an inexhaustible warrior vowing that the blood of the resistance leader will never be wasted.

Nasser Kanaani, in reaction to the martyrdom of the Palestinian resistance leader in Tehran, offered his condolences to the great and honorable nation of Palestine and all resistance movements, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
Kanaani referred to the ongoing investigations into the incident that martyred Ismail Haniyeh and said,” Certainly the pure blood of the inexhaustible warrior who has spent his entire life to fight against occupying Israeli regime in order to liberate the holy al-Quds and the oppressed Palestinian nation will never be wasted.”
 
Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman added,” Martyrdom of our brother Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran, will further boost the deep ties between the Islamic Republic of Iran, Palestine and the resistance.”
 
According to a statement issued by Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), Ismail Haniyeh together with his bodyguard, were martyred in their residence in Tehran.
 
The Palestinian leader was in the Iranian capital to attend the inauguration ceremony of newly-elected President Masoud Pezeshkian which was held Tuesday afternoon.
 
Iran’s IRGC has expressed condolences to the Palestinian nation, resistance fighters and the Islamic nation.
 
IRGC added that the incident is under investigation.
