Pakistani scholar hails positive impact of Tehran-Riyadh repprochement

The Chairman of Council of Islamic Ideology from Pakistan has highlighted the positive impacts of the resumption of ties between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Saudi Arabia on the entire world of Islam.

Qibla Ayaza, in an address to the fourth webinar of the 38th Islamic Unity Conference held on Sunday, said Muslims can achieve unity by maintaining solidarity in the local and regional level, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He called as a ‘blessing’ the conditions that Islamic countries can build geopolitical unity and boost their relations and vowed the perfect outcomes of such solidarity on the entire world of Islam.
 
The prominent Pakistani elite made the remarks in an address to the Shia and Sunni elites attending the first webinar of the 38th Islamic Unity Conference on the Islamic cooperations which is this year focused on resolving the issue of Palestine.
 
More than 200 Muslim thinkers, activists and professors exchange views in webinars held concurrent with the Islamic Unity Week that marks the birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), 14-20 September.
