In his latest remarks, the far-right Israeli Minister of Finance, Bezalel Smotrich said the Israeli regime must change its political approach and deal with the occupied West Bank cities of Jenin and Nablus as it did in Jabalia, northern Gaza, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
The comment by Smotrich follows more than three months of relentless strikes and sever siege of the northern Gaza Strip leaving a trail of civilian death and destruction in the area.
Hamas said the call aimed at occupation of the West Bank and forced displacement of the Palestinians there.
It added that the repeated ‘fascist’ calls and aggression against the occupied West Bank require urgent intervention of the United Nations and the International Criminal Court to hold Israeli war criminals accountable for their continued incitement and criminal plans.
