The spokesman for the Foreign Ministry Esmail Baghaei stated: The reopening of the Islamic Republic of Iran's embassy in Syria is on our agenda, and this action will be taken whenever the necessary conditions are met.

Baghaei added: "The aggressive actions of the Israeli regime in Syria are not a new issue, and as a responsible country in the West Asia region, we are committed to maintaining peace and stability in the area. This commitment is considered an international principle that has been the basis of international relations for the past eight decades. All countries are obligated to respond to these aggressions and work towards halting these actions in order to uphold international norms."

The Iranian diplomat noted: "It is not unusual for countries to have their own narratives regarding developments and events. What is clear is that both in the meeting of guarantors of Astana Process in Doha and in the 5+3 countries' meeting, what was emphasized by all was the necessity of halting the conflicts and dialogue between the opposition and the Syrian government to preserve the territorial integrity of this country."
He stated: "The efforts of the countries in Doha were aimed at preventing such a situation, and it should be said that our presence in Syria has been advisory, and we have never sought dominance. Rather, our goal has been to ensure the security of this country and its people against Takfiri terrorism, and we have been present there at the invitation of the Syrian government with this aim. Additionally, until the last moments, helping to preserve Syria's territorial integrity has been important to us".
Baghaei went on to say: "There has never been such an international consensus among institutions, international assemblies, and governments regarding the existence of a common threat to international norms. The impunity of the Zionist regime over the past eight decades is the main factor behind the continuation of its crimes. The Zionist regime is the only regime currently under investigation by the International Criminal Court, and there is a widespread belief that the crimes of aggression and genocide should also be added to the list of crimes committed by this regime".
The spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated: "The UN Special Rapporteur on Human Rights has used the term "genocide" in reference to Gaza. Nearly 100 percent of the weapons used by the Zionist regime are supplied by the United States and Germany, and these countries are also considered complicit in the crimes of the Zionist regime. The quickest way to cease these crimes is to halt the supply of weapons to this regime".
Ties between Iran and China
The Iranian official elsewhere referred to ties between Irani and China: "The relationship between Iran and China is a continuous and growing one. There are very good relations between the two countries in all political, commercial, and cultural spheres. The 25-year agreement also reflects the depth of relations and extensive cooperation between the two sides.
European should revise position in West Asia Region
The spokesman in response to a question regarding the recent stance of the EU official on the future of Iran and Russia in the new era of Syria, stated: "The era in which a foreign power determines the fate of another region is over, and the European Union must reassess its position in the West Asia region and its actions in regional crises, including in Syria. We have witnessed a large number of Takfiri terrorists flowing from European countries into our region, posing a threat to Syria and the region, and they are now unwilling to accept those individuals back into their countries".
He added: It would be better for these countries to reconsider their own actions in the region instead of determining the fate of others.
Baghaei also responded to another question regarding Germany's correction of its position on the three Iranian islands in the Persian Gulf, saying: "We welcome this stance and expect other European countries, to whom that statement regarding the three islands is attributed, to correct their positions as well."
