Hamas condemns provocations against al-Aqsa director

Palestinian resistance movement Hamas has condemned the Israeli new provocations against grand mufti Sheikh Ekrima Sabri.

Hamas in its new statement noted that the new measure by Israeli regime will not break resolution of Sheikh Ekrima Sabri or discourage his defense for al-Aqsa Mosque, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
Mohammed Hamada, Hamas spokesman in Al-Quds said Israeli desperate efforts to provoke Palestinian national figures are part of organized measures to control al-Aqsa Mosque.
 
He hailed Sheikh Ekrema Sabri for his steadfastness in the face of unrelenting Israeli aggressions stressing that such measures will not shake the resolution of Palestinian senior cleric.
 
Palestinian resistance movement stressed that Israeli regime should stand responsible for repercussions of measures against Sheikh Sabri and reiterated that Palestinian youths will continue his path in defense of the Palestinian lands and holy sites there.
