Afghan official urges Islamic countries to defend Palestinians in Gaza Strip
An advisor to the Islamic state in Afghanistan condemned Israel’s brutal onslaught against the Palestinians calling on all Muslim countries to take action in defense of the oppressed Palestinians under Israeli strikes.

Speaking at the webinar titled al-Aqsa Storm2 held by the directorate of the religious affairs of Turkey, Mufti Abdullah Azzam, expressed regret over incessant Israeli bombardment of the Palestinians in Gaza Strip which has led to killing thousands of the civilians in the besieged enclave, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He said,” Regrettably, those claim to defend human rights are silent in the face of the blatant crimes committed by Israeli regime” and added,” Human rights is a claim raised only when it brings the global arrogant powers closer to their sinister objectives, otherwise they turn a blind eye on that.”
Afghan advisor noted,” A war crime is happening in northern Gaza in order to displace the civilians and confiscation of their lands.”
He concluded,” The Islamic emirate of Afghanistan calls for immediate end to the sufferings of the Palestinian nation or the responsibility of any catastrophe falls on shoulder of entire Islamic nation.”
Top Afghan official made the remarks in an address to participants of the second webinar on al-Aqsa Storm.
The Israeli onslaught against the besieged Gaza Strip is on 24th day where more than 8,000 Palestinians have lost their lives and over 21,000 injured.
