Indonesian thinker raps Arab, Muslim states for inaction against Israeli crimes in Gaza

A prominent Indonesian elite has criticized the Arab and Islamic countries for their inaction against the ongoing Israeli crimes against the Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip.

Dina Suleiman, in her speech at the first webinar of the 38th Islamic Unity Conference, called on the world countries, particularly the Islamic governments to take action for an end to the Israeli massacre of Palestinians and occupation of their lands, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
She called it a ‘moral duty’ for all Muslim countries to be united in support of the Palestinians.
 
The Indonesian elite said that the global enlightenment on the Israeli crimes in the besieged Gaza is due to the media coverage of the crimes and said,” Now the world realizes how evil the Israeli regime is.”
 
She referred to the pro-Palestine protests held across the globe and the demonstrations staged in support of the Palestinians suffering Israeli regime incessant bombings.
 
She added that the massive Palestinian death toll caused by the Israeli regime strikes has actually mobilized the world nations to stand up in support of the Palestinians in Gaza.
 
The Indonesian thinker expressed her views in an online meeting of the Shia and Sunni scholars held as the first part of the 38th Islamic Unity Conference on September 14-21.
 
The second section of the conference is scheduled to be held on September 19-21 with hundreds of the Muslims thinkers and elites to be held in the Iranian capital Tehran.
