Rima Habib, speaking at the first webinar of the 38th Islamic Unity Conference, said the Israeli regime has not achieved any of its objectives in Gaza since the regime launched its genocidal war on the besieged strip in October last year, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
She said, “Operation al-Aqsa Flood was a response to the Israeli aggressions against the holy al-Aqsa Mosque and the atrocities of the Israeli settlers against Palestinians in the occupied territories.”
The Palestinian activist referred to the issues that challenge Palestinian people namely not having access to the basic necessities like food, water, medications and electricity.
She also highlighted the expansion of settlements, forced eviction of Palestinians, demolition of their houses and constant detentions carried out under the extremist Israeli cabinet as some of the issues that challenge Palestinians.
