Despite the fact that about a year and a half has passed since the American withdrawal from Afghanistan, the harmful effects and tragedies left over from two decades of war and occupation are still affecting the people of Afghanistan.
In twenty years of permanent presence in Afghanistan, the United States was always trying to justify its military presence with slogans such as defending human rights, rights of women, children and minorities, as well as establishing security, fighting insecurity and improving Afghanistan's position in the world.
The Special Representative of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran for Afghanistan said: "The Islamic Republic of Iran bears the heaviest burden of refugees in accordance with Islamic, humane standards and by preserving interests among the countries of the region."
