Qalibaf said in a press conference with Nuruddin Jan Ismailov, the Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan that the priority of Iran's foreign policy is relations with neighboring countries, especially Islamic countries, and accordingly, the President of Uzbekistan will visit Tehran next month.

Qalibaf stated, "This is the power of Palestine today, and this was not possible except with the leadership of the Supreme Leader and with the support of the Islamic Ummah, resistance groups, and fighters, and these are the results of the efforts of Martyr Qassem Soleimani."

Qalibaf left Tehran for Antalya to attend the 13th Plenary Session of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly (APA). 

The Speaker of Iran's parliament in open session held on Sunday morning said: "The only way out of the country's problems, especially in the field of economy, is the modernization of the governance system by returning to the people and emphasizing the belief in God as the two main pillars of the Basij culture, which should be addressed by our officials....

Parliament’s speaker added: "The terrorist attack in the shrine of Shahcheragh (Shiraz) clearly proved that the enemy has decided to destroy the security in Iran, and from today those individuals with legitimate demands must clearly keep their distance from the criminals." 

Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf wrote in a Twitter message on Thursday, "If the western side wants to not comply with the agreement through bullying, we will not allow them to intimidate."

The Speaker of Iran's Parliament, Mohammad-Baqer Qalibaf, left Tehran for Tashkent on Tuesday to meet with the officials of Uzbekistan.
