Iraqi resistance leader raps Israel, US as likely perpetrators behind al-Kadhimi assassination
Secretary General of Iraqi resistance movement Asaib al-Haq called for though investigation into the recent assassination attempt against Iraqi Prime Minister's residence stressing that the movement rejected the current narration of the incident.

Qais al-Khazali, Secretary General of Asaib al-Haq, in an interview with al Jazeera stressed that the movement admits the assassination was coordinated by the US and Israeli regime and conducted by a third party, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He called for precise investigation into objectives and evidences related to the assassination attempt on Mustafa al-Kadimi residence in Green Zone.
The cleric noted that the attack on Iraqi prime minister is in fact an aggression against the political system and government in the country and rejected the allegations raised against movement in regards to the assassination.
Some anti-resistance and Hashd al-Sha'bi in Iraq have condemned the resistance groups over alleged role in the failed assassination against Iraqi prime minister while all allegations have been rejected.
Explosive-laden drones targeted the residence of Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi in the heavily protected Green Zone in the capital Baghdad early on Sunday.
Iraqi premier expressed regret that some people are seeking to damage the security in the country but alleged that his government is well aware of the identities of the perpetrators.
A number of those in the premier's personal protection team were injured and no group or individual has claimed responsibility for the assassination attempt against Mustafa al-Kadhimi.
