Leader of the Islamic Republic, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, has received thousands of women and girls on Wednesday ahead of the birth anniversary of Hazrat Fatemeh (SA) dubbed as Mother’s Day.

Leader of the Islamic Republic, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei stressed that no gender-based restrictions ban Muslim women from attending management positions.

A group of elite Sunni women from across Iran visited the residence of Imam Khomeini (RA) in Qom as part of their tour to the holy city.

Zahra Ershadi stressed: "The inhumane and unilateral coercive actions of the United States have had unwanted and disastrous consequences on the rights of Iranian women, and the cruel and inhumane sanctions have violated the basic rights of women."
