In remarks made yesterday, Fidan added that Israel has gradually escalated its attacks on Lebanon, citing its recent detonations of wireless communication devices.
“This year, we observe this significant day with an increased awareness of the responsibility to stand against human rights violations in our region and worldwide, aiming to establish lasting peace and stability,” Fidan said in a written message released by Turkish Foreign Ministry.
In a phone call, Cavusoglu told Palestinian Foreign Minister Riad Maliki that Turkiye places great importance on preserving the sanctity and status of the Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied East Jerusalem.
