Coordination and Synergy, Prelude to the Establishment of Modern Islamic Civilization: Iranian MP
An Iranian MP believes that Muslims through their coordination and synergy, can move towards the establishment of modern Islamic civilization in the world.

Effat Shariati, Member of the Parliament of Iran in her remarks at webinar of the 37th Islamic Unity Conference said the world is on the eve of embracing splendid Islamic civilization thanks to the blessings of the Holy Quran, the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH) and the infallible Imams, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
"Nowadays, all of us know that the hegemonic system and the colonial powers are developing Islamophobia in the world. They are using Islamophobia as a tool for obtaining their evil objectives.", she added.
Shariati stressed that If Muslims get united, then the enemies of Islam will definitely fail and the Islamic countries will be forerunners of scientific, social, cultural, and political developments in the world.
She said, "Today, enemies of Islam, i.e. the US and the usurper Israel as well as their puppets, are trying to undermine the stability and development in the Islamic world through various means, including terrorism. This is an indicator of the fact that Islam is threatening the interests of arrogant and tyrant powers".
"When we are witnessing that criminal terrorist are attacking Muslims and make bloodshed in the Islamic world, it is because the enemies of Islam do not remain idle and continue their plots against the Islamic Ummah" the Iranian MP added.
The MP went on to say that While we see the criminal act of the terrorist group of ISIS in Shahcheraq Mausoleum in Shiraz, it is an indicator that enemies are worried about the unity among Muslims. All these plots are hatched against the Islamic world because the western hegemony feels threatened by united front of Muslims.
Held by Iran’s World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, Muslim scholars and religious figures from across the globe exchanged views on the issues challenging the world of Islam in the 37th Islamic Unity Conference (IUC). Participants also discussed the theme of this meeting “Islamic Cooperation to Achieve Common Values.” The event is the climax of the Islamic Unity Week that marks the birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).
