Friday prayer leader of Tehran stresses:

“Iran stands by Syria, resistance front”

The Friday prayer leader of Tehran said Iran is standing by the resistance front and Syria, as stressed by the Iranian nation and officials following the recent developments in the Arab country.

His comment came in the wake of the recent developments following Takfiri terrorist attacks on Syria.

Ayatollah Kazem Seddiqi, the senior cleric, in his Friday sermon said the global security gained following elimination of Takfiri terrorists in Syria is owed to the Iranian military advisors, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

He said,” Not only the regional security but the world peace is owed to the Iranian martyrs.”

Still in another part of his speech, Ayatollah Kazem Seddiqi denounced the US for not being committed to any international law with its logic of bullying and oppressing the weaker nations.

The senior cleric also marked the National Students Day in Iran commemorating the three Iranian students who were killed during the Pahlavi regime.

The Friday prayer leader of Tehran hailed the Iranian students for the background of their fight with the arrogant powers calling them as “officers of soft warfare”.
